What it does

RadShare moves studies between RadFuzion nodes over an encrypted HTTPS channel, so partner sites and remote nodes can hand exams back and forth without opening raw DICOM ports. Trust is established through the system trust store or a pinned certificate, and every inbound and outbound share is tracked, with a temporary repository holding studies in transit.
