The viewer above is exactly what patients and referring providers get on a disc. RadFuzion includes RadBurn — a lightweight companion app, free — that burns studies to CD or DVD and puts this viewer right on the media. Most cloud PACS can’t burn patient discs at all, and the few that do rarely include a viewer.
